Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of ammunition and federal regulations, DAC only accepts returns for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped. All returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging. For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on ammunition that has been opened, used, or altered in any way.
Reporting a Return
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage or defects. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, DAC will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear. If you prefer an exchange, we will ship a replacement item as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. DAC is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and legal regulations, the following items are non-returnable:
