For many of us, our range time started as part of a “soldier’s” job, where understanding our firearms and their capabilities was critical. Even after our service, that same passion for guns and ammunition has remained a part of our daily lives. Every member of our team is an active shooter—whether recreationally or competitively—and each has a deep appreciation for the importance of consistency and reliability in every round we produce. Quality starts with the brass, whether brand new or reconditioned. New brass is sourced from trusted U.S.-based manufacturers and meticulously inspected upon arrival, while fired brass is received from across the country and rigorously sorted to meet our exacting standards. Every casing is reshaped, sized, and tested for integrity before moving forward. Only brass that passes these strict inspections reaches the priming phase, ensuring that each round is set up for flawless performance.
Our loading process combines precision engineering with continuous quality control. Brass is pre-primed for smooth operation, then carefully loaded on high-speed machines that average 3,000 units per hour. These machines automatically detect any issues with primers, powder charges, or crimps, maintaining the consistency our customers rely on. At every stage, rounds undergo repeated inspections, from machine output to final packaging, ensuring only perfect ammunition leaves our facility, ready to perform reliably when it matters most.
